Daniel Farris and Amber Locke from the Firehouse

Last Wednesday I was invited back to the Firehouse to see a series of talented folks lay down the dense noise and innaresting sound combinations. I managed to snag two phone recordings: Daniel Farris, with a multi-amp, multi-loop, quadraphonic performance that made Lou Reed's dead spine all tingly; and Amber Locke, in this case a seated seamstress of synth, sing, and melodica processing. She appears first, at 04:47, and Daniel at 24:20. Enjoy this week's concept-concert-contractual-clamoring, and we'll return on Friday with a live podcast from the Soft Rock Bungalow!
